Understand your verification funnel, member geography, device breakdown, and security event trends.

Overview

The Analytics dashboard gives you a data-driven view of your verification activity. Track how many members are verifying, where they drop off in the funnel, where they are from geographically, what devices they use, and how many are being blocked by security checks.

Analytics are available on all plans. Cross-server analytics (comparing multiple servers) require Premium or above.

Funnel Analysis

The verification funnel shows how members progress through each stage of verification:

| Stage | Description |

| Page Views | Unique visitors who loaded the verification page |
| Started | Members who clicked the Verify button |
| OAuth Redirected | Members redirected to Discord's authorization page |
| Completed | Members who successfully verified and received their role |
| Blocked | Members blocked by a security check |
| Failed | Verification attempts that failed due to errors |

The funnel shows absolute numbers and conversion rates between each stage. A low Started-to-Completed rate suggests a security check is blocking legitimate members. A low Page View-to-Started rate may indicate your call to action needs improvement.

Time Range Selection

Filter analytics by:

• Last 24 hours

• Last 7 days

• Last 30 days

• Last 90 days

• Custom date range

Geographic Breakdown

A world map and table showing where your verified members are coming from, broken down by:

• Country (ISO code and name)

• Region / state

• City (approximate)

• Member count and percentage

This helps you understand your audience's geographic spread and identify unusual patterns (e.g., sudden spike from an unexpected country may indicate a targeted raid).

Device & Browser Breakdown

Pie charts showing:

• Device type: Desktop, Mobile, Tablet

• Operating system: Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS

• Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, Unknown

Security Events

A timeline and breakdown of security blocks:

• VPN/Proxy blocks

• Alt account detections

• Firewall rule matches

• Country restriction blocks

• Captcha failures

• Account age rejections

• Blacklist hits

Member Quality Score

A rolling score (0–100) that measures the overall quality of your verified member base based on:

• Percentage with verified Discord email

• Average account age (days)

• Percentage with Nitro

• Percentage with 2FA enabled

• Estimated active token rate

Higher quality scores mean your members are more likely to be real, engaged users with valid pulling tokens.

Cross-Server Analytics (Premium+)

On Premium and above, the Analytics tab shows aggregate data across all your servers, letting you compare verification rates, block rates, and member quality across communities.

Exporting Data

You can export analytics data as CSV (all plans) or JSON (Premium+) from the Analytics page. Exports include all raw event data for the selected time range.
